Network Migration
What is Network Migration?
Why are sound networks important?
What is our process?
Deployment planning - After approval of the initial proposal, our team of qualified experts get involved and beginning development of the "road map". This map consists of clear objectives and phases, and is part of the overall plan of action. This approach may be used both in full and incremental network deployment environments.
Pre-deployment and pilot testing - During pre-deployment testing, we will test the critical hardware, software, and network design and functions in a lab, simulating and protecting your production environment. During pilot testing, we take it one step closer to production by performing a partial deployment of the new network in a controlled but real-world environment.
Network infrastructure analysis and preparation - As we prepare to deploy your new network, we conduct a detailed analysis of the current infrastructure, document all findings, determine management's administrative policies and procedures, and plan network strategies.
Service implementation and configuration - Based on the initial requirements, details of the assessment and infrastructure analysis, our team of professionals deploy and configure all hardware, operating systems, software applications, management tools, and back-up systems. Finally, all systems are tested and configured for optimal performance.
Support, manage, train, and change - The final stages of network migration are to ensure that the network continues to function as it was intended. We will conduct all periodic maintenance monitoring, provide help desk support, and provide management reports at your request. LSN's Training division will offer both your IT department and end-users with the training they will need to keep pace with the changes.
